Kavanah Shabbat & Shabbat Meditation

Kavanah Shabbat is a joyous contemplative Saturday morning service designed to help you explore a deeper relationship with the Divine. It includes traditional communal prayer and the chanting of Parashat Ha'azinu as well as song, Jewish chants, silent prayer, and moments of meditation and reflection.

SATURDAYS at 10:30 am:
Dec. 8, Feb. 9, March 2, May 4, and June 8,  2019.

The service is led by Deni Deutsch Marshall, a Jewish Spiritual Director and Mindfulness teacher, and accompanied by Elizabeth Landsberg.

Kavanah Shabbat services draw on teachings from Torah, Talmud, Mussar and Jewish meditation and mysticism to fully express Jewish spirituality on Shabbat morning.
