Kavanah Shabbat Services
Some Saturdays | 10:30 AM ā 12:00 PM
Services are now in-person and on Zoom (member login required).
Kavanah Shabbat is a contemplative and joyous Shabbat service designed to help you explore a deeper relationship with the Divine. With all the uncertainty and isolation in California and the world today, connecting with your fellow congregants and with G-d is more important than ever. Kavanah Shabbat services include reading from the weekly parsha, and draw on teachings from the Torah, Talmud, Mussar, and Jewish meditation and mysticism to fully express Jewish spirituality on Shabbat morning.
Services are led by Deni Deutsch Marshall, a rabbinical student in the ALEPH Ordination Program, with Elizabeth Landsberg, Steve Marshall, and Miriam Joffe-Block. Join them for a one hour meaningful and connected Shabbat service.
