PAYMENT DETAILS
Registrations are first come first served. We anticipate the retreat will fill to capacity. Registration closes no later than February 29, 2024, but may close with no notice once we reach capacity.
Deposit Required. Registration is not complete until a deposit of 50% of the total is received. Payment can be made online with a credit card/e-check or by check mailed to CBI.
Detailed payment instructions for the deposit – you may wish to print this page so you can follow the instructions as you complete your payment.
1. Once you hit the “SUBMIT” button below, you will be prompted to select a payment method.
- Select “Bill to my account.”
- Choose whether to include a convenience fee (the amount we have to pay the credit card companies if you charge to a card).
- Click on the “CONFIRM AND CONTINUE” button.
This will begin your registration and add the full amount of the retreat to your account (similar to how we add the full membership pledge at the beginning of the fiscal year). We will not bill your credit card or bank account at this step, the amount will just remain on your account until you make a payment.
To complete your registration, continue to either #2 or #3 below to pay your deposit.
2. To pay your deposit by check, clearly indicate in the memo line that the payment is for the Stars & Smore's Retreat and mail your check to Bookkeeper, Congregation B’nai Israel, 3600 Riverside Blvd, Sacramento, CA 95818.
3. To pay your deposit online, go to your “My Account” page on our website. (You will have to be logged into ShulCloud.) You can find this page by clicking on your name in the top corner.
- Select “My Transactions” and you will see an open transaction for Stars and S'mores 2024. Select “Submit a Payment” under the Stars and S'mores 2024 transaction.
- Under “Paying For,” leave Stars and S'mores 2024 checked, and uncheck any other transactions that may appear. Under “Amount,” type in the amount you wish to pay. Only the deposit is due at this time. You can also enter a note specifying that the payment is for your tour deposit.
- Confirm that the Amount box shows the amount you wish to pay, and click on the “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT” button.
- You should see your payment amount at the top of the page. Select “New SIP – Credit Card or E-Check” as your payment method. Again choose whether to include a convenience fee, based on your selection in #1 above.
- Click on the “CONFIRM AND CONTINUE” button.
This will complete your registration and charge your credit card or bank account (whichever method you typically use to make online payments to CBI) for the payment amount you entered. You should receive an email confirmation of your payment.
Final Payment. Final payment of the retreat (less the deposit you paid) is due by February 1, 2024. Payments are refundable until February 15, 2024 and nonrefundable after that date.
