Rabbi Stacy Petersohn
Director of Lifelong Jewish Learning
Rabbi Stacy Petersohn grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area and its Jewish community. She immersed herself in synagogue life, participating in choir and Purimspiels, and started to develop her love for learning and teaching Torah and Hebrew. She spent nine summers at URJ Camps Swig and Newman, broadening her understanding of living Jewishly. (LEARN MORE)

Leslie Oberst
Executive Director
Leslie Oberst has served B’nai Israel in many different capacities for decades. She is a lifelong member of CBI who became a Bat Mitzvah and went through Confirmation here. Her mother, Radine Harrison, is also a long-time congregant. For the past eight years, she has taught Hebrew School and privately tutored adults and kids in Hebrew, and has also taught in the Early Childhood Education programs. (LEARN MORE)
