Scholarships

We have scholarships available for Kulanu (Religious School), Kesher, Camp Shelanu, Jewish overnight camps, such as URJ Camp Newman, NFTY events, and other immersive Jewish experiences. These are for Congregation B’nai Israel members only – see the applications for details.

Most camps also offer their own financial aid, so you should contact the camp directly for that information.  In addition, you can find first-time camper grants at:  www.jewishcamp.org/one-happy-camper.

• Youth Programs Scholarship Application for  BISY or NFTY experiences. 
• CBI'S CAMP SCHOLARSHIP APPLICATION for Camp Shelanu or any URJ Camp.
  Applications for URJ overnight camp scholarships are due March 1, 2024.  Any applications received after that date will be considered based on the remaining funds available.
  
  Applications for Camp Shelanu scholarships are due May 31, 2024.  Any applications received after that date will be considered based on the remaining funds available.
• WBI Price Campership Award Application for any URJ overnight camp. 
  Please submit your completed application with your essay no later than Tuesday, February 13, 2024. 
  Scholarship winners will be announced at Kulanu on February 25, 2024.
• ALICE HAMMEL CAMPERSHIP APPLICATION for Camp Shelanu or any URJ Camp. 
  Please submit your completed application with your essay no later than Tuesday, February 13, 2024. 
  Scholarship winners will be announced at Kulanu on February 25, 2024.
• DALTON AND JOYCE FELDSTEIN ISRAEL SCHOLARSHIP for Confirmation trip to Israel.
  Please submit your completed application with your essay no later than Monday, April 1, 2024.
  Scholarship winners will be announced by April 15, 2024.
