Mitzvah Day is Sunday, January 20, 2019!
Volunteerism, activism, and unity!

This annual event is a community outreach effort by coordinated CBI volunteers and staff. Held on Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Holiday Weekend, it’s the chance to come together and do something meaningful. Mitzvah Day kicks off with a breakfast and kickoff in the Social Hall at 8:30 am. Then volunteers depart for their various assignments around the synagogue and in the community – cooking meals at local shelters, cleaning up our campus, making blankets for the homeless, and more.

Here are the projects for 2019. Please email to sign up!

Please note that Religious School will participate with their classes. No need to sign RS students up for projects!
