Camp Shelanu is CBI’s day camp for children entering kindergarten through 8th grade! We welcome all children to an environment that fosters lasting friendships, strengthens Jewish identity, and increases pride in Jewish heritage.

We're busy planning another summer of fun,

and we hope that you'll join us in 2021!

Camp Shelanu is currently scheduled from July 5 through August 6, 2021.
*Please stay tuned for details regarding the session lengths and more!

We are looking for compassionate, fun, and creative camp staff to help make this summer as special as possible. If you like to play, sing, create, laugh and interact with campers between 5 and 15 years old, we invite you to be a part of our Camp Shelanu team.

Counselors are responsible for planning and leading small group activities/games each week, and working directly with their counselors-in-training. Working knowledge of Jewish culture strongly preferred. Applicants must be enthusiastic, flexible, and responsible when working with peers, campers, and parents.  Experience working with children or in a camp environment is recommended, but not required.

INTERESTED? Contact Carrie Feigenbaum, Camp Director, for more info!

Do you have a special hobby/talent/skill that you’ve picked up recently, or have been working on for years? Do you have time this summer to share your hobby or talent with kids entering K-8th grade?

Interested? Contact Carrie Feigenbaum, Camp Director, for more info!

Counselors-in-Training (CIT's)

Our CIT program offers young adults (entering 9th or 10th grades) a unique learning opportunity to improve both personal and professional abilities, and develop their leadership skills. Participants will be included in staff training as well as receive specific training during their chosen camp sessions. CIT's can register for one or more camp sessions. Our CIT's will work closely with camp counselors and staff, and will help plan and lead programs with their campers.
