2019 High Holy Day Honoree Submissions

New this year, we are asking our CBI community to assist with the High Holy Day honor selection.

IMPORTANT:  Only Adult members of Congregation B'nai Israel are eligible to receive a High Holy Day honor.  All submissions will be considered.
Please enter in the name or group of names (i.e., individuals who make up the committee or group of volunteers) you are submitting to be considered to receive a High Holy Day honor.  

This is intended to honor those in our CBI community who have consistently given their time and talents at CBI. 

You may submit up to three individual names or three groups per form.
