2019 (5779) CBI Camp Scholarship Application

Congregation B'nai Israel Scholarship Policy
To be considered for a Camp scholarship, a family must be:
- Members in good standing (meaning annual membership pledge form is turned in and dues are paid in full or current on payment plan)
- Awards will not exceed 1/3 of total tuition per family

Applications for Jewish overnight camps are due March 15.
Applications for Camp Shelanu are due April 15.


 

APPLICANT'S INFORMATION:

Please include names of all campers for whom you are applying for a scholarship.
Please include ages of all campers for whom you are applying for a scholarship.
Please include grades for all camper(s) for whom you are applying for a scholarship.
Please include names of any camps for which you are applying for scholarships for your camper(s).
Please list sessions/dates for all campers for whom you are applying for scholarships.
Please include cost of registration for the camp session(s) for which you are registered.
In order for your application to be considered, you must include a specific dollar amount.
Applications not providing this information are incomplete and will not be able to be considered by the Scholarship Committee.
Should the camper(s) receive a scholarship, the camper must complete a one (1) page follow-up report about their mitzvah project prior to attending camp. The report should be submitted to Congregation B'nai Israel, Attn: Denise Crevin.
