Congregation B’nai Israel invites you to join us in celebration as our 2024–2025 Confirmation Class leads the Service of Confirmation.
Confirmation is an important step toward lifelong Jewish learning. This program seeks to answer students’ questions and help them experience how Jewish values help shape their own lives. The class is based on topics important to students, and is led by Rabbi Mona Alfi. Tikkun Leil Shavuot

Get ready to experience Shavuot like never before. Together, we’ll join in a vibrant, soul-stirring evening in which the Torah comes alive through the rich, bold tastes and sounds of Mizrahi culture. You’ll nosh. You’ll learn. You’ll sing. You’ll nosh again, then learn some more. Because at this Tikkun Leil Shavuot, food is midrash – every bite tells a sacred story. This evening is for anyone who craves meaning, inspiring tunes, and a second helping.
This event is free for members (although your optional $20 donation would be appreciated!) and $20/person for nonmembers.
Registration is required by Tuesday, May 27.
